Our Returns Policy:
Returns are facilitated by individual sellers as per this scheme. They may offer options such as exchange, replacement, or refund. Please note that not all products within a category have the same returns policy. The returns/replacement policy specified on the product page takes precedence over the general policy. Return and Processing Requirements:

To facilitate a return, please ensure the following conditions are met at the branch:

Correct Product:
- The returned item must match its description in terms of IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ barcode.
- The price tag must be attached and clearly visible.

Complete Product:
- Ensure all original accessories (e.g., remote control, manuals, chargers) and any additional items (freebies or combos) are included inside the box when returning the item.

Unused Product:
- The product should be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and free from any stains or signs of tampering.
- For electronics like mobiles, laptops, or tablets, ensure all personal data is erased, and any screen or iCloud locks are disabled.

Undamaged Product:
- The product and its components (SIM trays, charging ports, etc.) should be free from scratches, dents, tears, or holes.

Undamaged Packaging:
- The original packaging or box should be intact and undamaged.

If any of the mentioned conditions are not met, the field executive will decline to accept the return. Refunds for eligible products will only be processed after the seller has received the returned item.

Part 3 - General Rules for a successful Return
If the seller can't replace the product for any reason, they'll provide a refund. If an accessory is missing, damaged, or defective, the seller may replace it or give you store credit equal to its value.
If you receive a different or damaged product during an open box delivery, you'll get a refund immediately for cash-on-delivery orders.
Once you accept an open box delivery, you can't return it unless there's a manufacturing defect. For products where installation is provided by YG Marketplace service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. YG Marketplace authorized personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
For furniture, any problems with the product will be assessed by authorized service personnel at no charge. They will try to fix the issue by replacing any faulty or defective parts. Full replacement will only be offered if the service personnel determine that replacing the faulty part won't solve the problem.
Auto Accessories:

Non-returnable items include additives, air fresheners, brighteners, cleaners, bike/car stickers, degreasers, dent/scratch removers, filler putty, headlight vinyl films, liquid solutions, lubricants, polish, power steering fluids, sealants, oils, and wax.

Automobiles:
- Cars, mopeds, motorcycles, and scooters are non-returnable items.

Bath and Spa:
- Non-returnable items include bath bubble/salt/sponge/wash, body wash, loofahs, scrubs, shampoos, and soaps.

Baby Care:
- Items like bottle nipples, breast nipple care products, breast pumps, diapers, ear syringes, nappies, wet reminders, wipes, and wipe warmers are non-returnable.

Cleaning Products:
- Cleaning gels, detergents, detergent pods, fabric wash products, surface cleaners, stain removers, and washing bars/powders are non-returnable.

Computer/Mobile Accessories/Electronics:
- Non-returnable items include blank/educational media, CDs/DVDs, ink toners, music, movies, software, mobile/tablet/laptop screen guards, screen guard applicators, graphics cards, processors, motherboards, internal hard drives, RAMs, and Apple brand products.

Food and Nutrition:
- Canned food, condiments, drinks, fruits, health supplements, meat, seafood, syrups, vegetables, artificial sweeteners, milk, and other edible products are non-returnable.

Fashion:
- Non-returnable items include baby dolls, clothing freebies, lingerie wash-bags, shapewear, socks, stockings, and swimsuits.

Footwear Accessories:
- Oils, glue, grease, socks, shoe deodorants, polish creams, sprays, and wax are non-returnable.

Gardening Products:
- Plant saplings, plant seeds, and soil manure are non-returnable.

Health Care:
- Items such as antiseptic, band-aids, body pain relief medication, eye drops, first aid tape, glucometer lancets/strips, healthcare devices and kits, medical dressing/gloves, pH test strips, healthcare accessories, medical treatment, and surgical instruments are non-returnable.

Home Products:
- Adhesives, barbecue wood, bird/insect repellent, contact cement, crack fillers, inks, guitar/yoyo friction stickers, marker refills, mosquito coil/vaporizer/vaporizer refills, naphthalene balls, scuba/smoking-pipe mouthpieces, sprays, paint remover, napkins, cleaning gloves, accessories, and fresh flowers are non-returnable.

Hygiene:
